Bailyes Coffee did not start in a boardroom. It started with a small roaster, a handful of green beans, and a stubborn belief that coffee should taste like someone cared. We spent months testing roast profiles before selling a single bag, chasing balance instead of settling for whatever was fastest to produce.

That same approach still guides us today. We work directly with growers who share our standards, roast in small batches so nothing goes stale on a shelf, and taste every new blend before it reaches you. We are not the biggest name in coffee, and we are fine with that. We would rather be the one you trust.
